Direct Copilot Invitation: If you’re a registered user and you invite the SeaMeet Copilot to a meeting scheduled by another user, you will receive the meeting transcription in your SeaMeet dashboard.

Auto-Share Feature: If the meeting owner has enabled the auto-share feature, the meeting transcription will be automatically shared with all invited participants, regardless of who scheduled the meeting.

If you haven’t invited the copilot to the meeting and the meeting owner hasn’t enabled auto-sharing, you won’t receive the meeting transcription. This access control ensures that only authorized participants can view sensitive meeting content in your AI meeting transcription system.
