A: Answer

Can Registered SeaMeet Users Access Meeting Records from Unregistered Participants?

Answer

When using SeaMeet AI Note Taker, if you’re an unregistered participant in a meeting, registered SeaMeet users can still access the meeting records under certain conditions:

Copilot Invitation: If a registered user has invited the SeaMeet Copilot to the meeting, then that registered user will be able to see the meeting records in their SeaMeet dashboard.

Auto-Share Feature: If the registered user has scheduled the meeting in their meeting list, they can use the auto-share feature to automatically share meeting records with all invited participants. To set this up, go to General -> Auto Share and choose All participants in calendar event.

This feature ensures seamless collaboration between registered and unregistered users in your AI meeting transcription workflow. For more detailed instructions, check out our sharing tutorial.
