Knowledge Base
AI-Powered Wiki
Your recordings, automatically organized into a searchable knowledge base with entities, people, topics, and cross-references.

AI-generated wiki pages with entities, people, and topics
Every meeting contains valuable information — decisions made, topics discussed, people involved. SeaMeet's Wiki system automatically extracts and organizes this information into a structured, searchable knowledge base that grows with every recording.
Wiki structure
Your wiki is organized into four types of pages, each serving a different purpose. All pages support Wikilinks, backlink navigation, and have both an AI-generated section and a user-editable section.
Entities
Automatically extracted people, organizations, products, and concepts mentioned across your recordings. Each entity gets its own page with references to every recording where it appears.
People
A dedicated directory of people mentioned in your meetings. Track who said what, which meetings they attended, and what decisions they were involved in. Auto-populated from transcripts with speaker labels.
Topics
Thematic pages that group related discussions across recordings. The AI identifies recurring topics and creates consolidated pages — see every mention of "Q3 budget" or "product launch" in one place.
Meetings
Structured meeting pages with AI-generated summaries, key decisions, action items, and participant lists. Each meeting page links to related entities, people, and topics.
How it works
Record and transcribe
Record meetings with transcription enabled. SeaMeet captures the audio and generates a transcript with speaker labels.
AI extracts entities and topics
The AI pipeline processes transcripts to identify entities, people, topics, and key information. Results are stored as structured data.
Wiki pages are generated
SeaMeet generates wiki pages with an AI-written section and a user-editable section. AI regenerations preserve your annotations and additions.
Build your knowledge base
Use bulk build to generate wiki pages from all past recordings at once. Refresh existing pages when new information becomes available. The master index keeps everything organized.
AI section + User section
Every wiki page has two distinct sections. The AI section is auto-generated and updated when you refresh the wiki. The user section is yours to edit freely — add context, corrections, or additional notes. When the AI regenerates a page, your user section is preserved exactly as you left it.
Bulk build & refresh
Bulk build
Generate wiki pages from all your past recordings at once. SeaMeet processes each recording through the extract and reduce pipelines, creating a complete knowledge base from your entire recording history.
Wiki refresh
Update existing wiki pages when new recordings provide additional information about known entities and topics. Refresh is incremental — only affected pages are updated.
Master index
An auto-generated index.md provides an overview of your entire knowledge base. An update log (log.md) tracks when pages were created or last updated.
Backlink navigation
Every wiki page shows which other pages link to it. Navigate your knowledge base through connections — from a person to their meetings, from a topic to every decision about it, from a meeting to all the entities mentioned.
